Those with Verragio rings: How long did it take?

My Verragio ring had to be customized, and the jeweler said it would take 4-6 weeks. Well, it's been officially six weeks and still no ring. For those with Verragio rings, how long did it take to get it back after being customized?

Can you send a picture of the ring from the side? Verragio rings are very difficult to resize, but 4 weeks is very long time. Can I ask how much did you pay for resizing?

I'm new here and can't seem to get the picture to upload... It's the Venetian 5061. You can see it on their website. I'm not just having it resized; I'm getting the stone changed to an oval and the bottom shank is being customized, too. I also think they might have said they had to make it from scratch because of my small ring size. I don't know how much everything cost because my SO paid for it, sorry. Are you thinking of getting a Verragio ring?
