Have you been speaking with one of the sales associates? I worked with Julian. When I had a setting that I thought I wanted and was asking a bunch of questions about it, he suggested he send out a sterling and cz version for me to try. He took a $200 deposit and sent it out to me. I just had to pay for return shipping. It really sealed the deal for me. Good luck in your quest!

Thank You upgradeable, No I have not spoken to anyone yet. However, they have a ring I am interested in at a great price. I have been trying to find it in RL but cannot find one anywhere near me. I really would like to see it before buying it. I had read several threads on PS where people were saying they had been able to get a sample sent. I just wondered how it all worked.
