Excellent polish
Excellent symmetry

Do you have a profile picture? I was wondering what the side of your setting looks like as I think this is exactly what I am going to have done! Of course, my center diamond is not as big as yours

and I think I will be going with side pears 2x 0.25ct.

That is just awesome Kaleigh!

I really love pear side stones and was leaning towards a setting just like yours (albeit with a smaller center stone

). Anyway, ended up with 2 round side stones instead (which I love) but your ring sure makes me pine for those pears!
