This looks like a good emerald cut diamond?

Hello experts,

I'm in the market for an emerald cut diamond. And I've been browsing JA, this video looks pleasing to my ignorant eyes:

But this one is not located in NY, and JA isn't able to get a ASET for it. Plus I'm not able to return (yuck, I know...). Would it be safe to purchasing without an ASET -- I do want to find a top light performer?

Also do you have any other recommendation, I don't really know how the video correlates with the ASET, so it is difficult for me to judge from the video. Can someone help to educate me?

My budget is <5000 usd, and I'm aiming for 7*5mm in size, to match with my red-spinel side stones.

I wouldn't risk it. Not only that, it doesn't come with GIA paperwork but instead has IGI, which is less stringent on the Cs. I noticed the speck under the table right away and doubt that it is a true VS1, which means the colour is most likely warmer than a J as well.
