Since it is not the grade setting inclusions, at best an VS2 inclusion grade, should not be a problem, but if you are unsure, get it loose and have it independently appraised.

The cavity was a serious issue I don't think they would have graded it a VS2.

I do thing it could be covered by the prong. Just worry about the durability.

Hungyip84, I bought a VS2 round brilliant with a cavity in almost exactly the same position. I've had it for 15 months and not even figured out where it is on the stone, let alone had a durability issue! I think you'll be okay.

I am fairly sure that in a VS2, no inclusions are a durability risk.

Did you set the cavity under the prong?
