I just bought a loose princess cut stone from Robbins Bros with the
following GIA cert. They asked $4695.00, but I offered $3,500.00 and they
took it  It is also laser inscripted.

Shape: Sq. Modified Brilliant
Meas: 4.91 x 4.89 x 3.62
Weight: .73
Depth: 74.0%
Table: 77%
Girdle: MEDIUM
Culet: NONE
Polish: VERY GOOD
Symmetry: VERY GOOD
Clarity Grade: VS1 ( Crystal, Pinpoint )
Color Grade: D
Fluorescence: NONE
Comments: NONE.

I liked the fact that it was almost a perfect square, and $3500 seemed good. This stone really stood out amongst the other loose stones I saw. What do you think?

I think that if you liked the stone (which you obviously did) and you were willing to pay $3500 for it (which you were because you offered), and they were willing to accept $3500 (which they were because they did), that's a successful deal, and I think that's all that matters.

Good job!

Sorry for the crappy digital cam  It has a large table ( 77% ), but looks just as good as any other table size I looked at.( 67, 69, 74 )
