Also if you buy a well know stone to pricescopers and reset it or get a new setting and the setting costs a ridiculous amount you must allow for that as well. There has to be some leeway for all of these things.....

If you see it and have proof, please report it. We take it seriously and immediately remove listings of items that are being flipped. Users who flip will also not be allowed to post on Preloved again. We generally give one warning, but if someone is blatantly abusing our rules we may not issue a warning first. We have removed three flipping listings just this week and if it becomes more prevalent we may need to consider removing preloved. We do not want to do that, so please do not abuse the forum.
If you have personally owned it for a long time, it isn't flipping.
If you have owned it for a short time and are selling for more than you paid, it is flipping.
If you buy it with the intent to resell for a profit, it is flipping.
If you are a reseller, you aren't allowed to post it on preloved.
If you are not sure, better to ask for permission from us rather than forgiveness in this situation.
