This is a second wedding set to alternate with my original, which is a vintage diamond e-ring (my grandma's) with a jacket band. I had these rings made two years apart by Green Lake Jewelry Works, via their online process. The original center stone was a rather dull garnet, which I wanted to replace with something brighter. I got this red spinel from Peter Torraca and am very happy with it. So happy, in fact, that is has started me on this crazy CS addiction. :loopy: Anyway, thought I would share...

Nice ring! I love its uniqueness & modern feel to it. Simply beautiful. Congrats!

That is so sweet and feminine looking set! so pretty in deed

I love it! I like the deep color of the spinel and the vines and small diamonds. So pretty!

Very pretty and unique. You won't see that wedding set on anyone else walking down the street.

Every time I see your name I thin you're Jordan Knight. Heehee

That being said, very pretty. I love that look.

How lovely! I love GLJW's distinctive style, and that set looks wonderful on your hand. Great practical low setting too.

Thanks all. I do like the low setting, especially since I just had baby #3 a few weeks ago. Here's Peter's picture of the stone, which I think is more representative of how it looks than I could capture.

And Athenaworth, I was always more partial to Joey. :)

Your Ring is beautiful and I LOVE your red spinel,
and Green Lake is my absolute favorite !!!!!!!!!!!
My "Ideas" folder is stuffed with images from their site !!!

Congratulations on your beautiful ring !!!!

What a whimsical and well made ring. Very nice!

Gorgeous, I really love the red spinel.

Really pretty! Love the color of the stone!

Lovely settings - I especially like the two together - and the spinel is very pretty as well!

:) It's awesome to see more of this. You know, I couldn't find the multipicture of it on greenlake- but I did look for it! Is it in the portfolio or only in the navigation menu?

It is soooo beautiful! Very much a piece of art!

Fallenrox, it's under organic mountings, page 4, 6th down, right-hand side. That was with the garnet, before I put the diamonds in the sides.

I'm glad I finally figured out how to post pics on this site. It means I'll be able to whenever packages arrive (e.g. Barry's Namibian tourmaline). Darn postal strike here is holding things up!

Wow, it is so pretty. No wonder it started your collection.
