burning coffee beans smell like burnt toast. I used to work in a town with a coffee plant in it and they''d incinerate the leftover beans every afternoon at 4 pm. So when we left work it always smelled like toast.

Soo apparently my law firm gives out wedding gifts, but somehow mine got lost.

I randomly just got a 100 dollars check from my firm. LOVE the gifts that roll in late!

Good morning my loves. I missed you all this weekend. Dropped Sophie off with my bro in Philly this weekend. I feel like we tricked her since we spent the night on Saturday...she thought we were just going for a visit - until we left her. When I got home last night, I broke down. FI got me feeling better and then I looked at her little picture on my fridge and cried again. I''m a mess. Especially this morning since she''s my partner in crime in the morning. Gets up with me, keeps me company in the bathroom when I take a shower. I miss her!!!

And I won''t see her for TWO WEEKS.

Bro told me last night that she''s following my SIL around the house. And is mopey. I left my scarf for her and she''s been laying on it since I left.

Oh! So this weekend FI, bro, SIL and myself took a dance class! I thought it was going to be a salsa class but it wasn't - it was the basics. Literally - box steps. But it was fun watching my FI and brother try to dance. I kept telling FI, 'Baby, you have to LEAD!' because I pulling him around the dance floor lol.

Then my bro took us to Caribou Cafe for my birthday dinner (French restaurant in Philly) - it was really Yummy. BUT! The best part was, they then took me to Max Brenners for dessert. Has anyone been there? Well, let me put it this way...it is like dying and waking up in chocolate heaven. No joke. Really, no joke.

I had the most amazing hot chocolate with marshmellows and we shared chocolate fondue with fruit with and roasted our own marshmellows. And FI got this amazing chocolate molten cake. Bro got a waffle with chocolate sauce and whipped cream and a bunch of other things. It was amazing!!!!

Yesterday we saw Crazy Heart - GREAT MOVIE!!!
