The jbeg website is gone!

Their domain registry expired yesterday and it appears a domain squatter snatched it up.
 
I saw that this morning when I went to ogle the loose stones. I hope she's back up and running soon!
 
JBEG is one of my daily pilgrimages!! I hope they are back up soon!!

It shouldnt. If its working, clear your cache and cookies and try again. Bet it quits working.
 
The domain still belongs to them, they have a couple days yet to renew before its back on the market.
The search page was pointed to by the registrar.

Why it works for some is the changed dns entry hasn't propagated there yet so some have the old entry.
When it is returned to the right settings after its renewed it will take the some time to go back too.

Website doesn't work for me either (I am in Canada). Hope they propagate :cheeky: the website soon as I miss it!
 
This is Internic's way of telling Grace to pay her bill. Immediately would be a good schedule.
I'm sure she's on top of it and it'll be back soon.

Note to others with websites: Pay attention to those registration notices.

ETA: never mind...it's been working for me for the past 10 minutes and now it finally gave out on me too. Hope they get it back up soon!
 
It didn't work for me either (I'm in Australia!)........ Hope they get it up and running soon as she had some beautiful jewels :D
 
They've been very silent....today and on their Facebook page. I wish they would say something, somewhere!

04D excel works fine for me,not jbeg though.

And for the record, we pay our bills. It was an expired credit card and an email notification that went astray. First time for everything - all better now.
 
And thanks to everyone who tried to let us know! Our email went down too, and it was a busy family day today so I was mostly offline, then Grace was like, "ummmm, have you received any emails today???"

Mea culpa everyone :oops: ! I/we would have noticed sooner if we weren't both away from our home offices all day. As Erica stated, these things are typically auto billed, and we did not know the card on file had expired.

The site should be back up shortly. It would certainly take more than a domain name renewal to bring JbEG down :)) :))
