There are so many beautiful rings here, but Marge C, I love your ring and think your photos are amazing. You have great talent - both in picking rings and in taking pics. :))

It looks like it should have it's own zip code! Seriously, it's beautiful and the setting is intricate.

Thanks! I am still adjusting to the large prongs. I sort of wish they were smaller. But I am really thrilled with the ring. It helps me to process stress better, haha!

I posted a thread in SMTB, but I figured I should post here, too. ;-) I finally got my SO's custom Ritani engagement ring. I'll be proposing in the next week or two. The center is a 0.81 ct GIA triple ex. I/SI1. Setting is 14k WG with 0.59 cts G/VS melee.

Thank you. :) Wow, Tourmaline! That ring is huge and beautiful! Does it weigh your finger down when you try to show it off? :D

Haha! It was supposed to be a size 6.75, but it's a size 7 (and I should have gone to 6.5), so I got a vinyl "ring noodle" to wear on the inside. Now it fits perfectly and it doesn't move around. It's not too heavy. :)

Here is my platinum bezel set marquise solitaire! It was hard to decide between a solitaire and something with side stones or diamond accents. After three weeks of wear, I am glad I chose such a classic style, and I'm sure I can add more bling with a diamond wedding band. (GIA: 0.92, F , VVS2, ex symmetry, ex polish)

Marquisebezel - I LOVE your ring and it looks just like a style I've been hankering after. Is the setting from James Allen, or did you get it made at a local jeweller? It's perfect.

Hi Everyone,

I have been looking on here for a little while and asked a couple of questions a month or so back.

Well I got my beautiful engagement ring last week and I absolutely love it.

Centre stone is a 1.06 GIA G, VS2 Radiant cut with a .10 baguette cut on either side.

We got it made by a jeweller in Dubai who also has a store in Sydney that a few of our friends had used.

I only have photos from my iPhone but they will give you an idea.

Thank you so much! It was made locally, using style cues I gathered from the internet. I just had a look at the James Allen website- wow, my ring really does look like the one on their website!!

This is my first post here, but I wanted to share my engagement ring, even though at this point i've been married for a few months now! It's so hard to get great pictures of the diamond but here's what i've got so far! The center stone is 3.8 carats and I don't quite remember the stats on the setting itself. I don't really know details of the stone since I wasn't the one to insure it, but I do know that there are no visible inclusions. pic2_9.jpg ring1_54.jpg dsc00090.jpg
