That's going to be lovely! how are you setting it - bezel or prongs?
My MIL has a very similar ering that she's weighing up getting reset. I'm encouraging her to consider bezelling cos her current setting is big prongs all over the place and it overwhelms her centre stone making it look smaller.

Prong style, more economical. The sapphire is also slightly off oval so I imagine bezel setting more labor intensive.
If she changes her mind about diamond sides, I have another waiting in the wings (for me!) hee hee!
