The experience with Victor and JM are excellent. We were so frustrated when my wife lost her engagement ring a month before our wedding day. Claiming process is not very difficult but takes time. We barely made it.
These two are my previous threads.

Victor is so patient helping us finding a right stone. It took him over 2 weeks to find because many of the stones he found were taken so fast. In the end, Victor found 2 nice stones within my budget and we decided to bring them in. He didn't charge me any additional cost for that. Then, JM paid half of the insured amount to Victor. When he got the stones, he took ASET and IdeaScope. 2.75ct I-VS2 has nice ASET and IdeaScope images, so I decided to move forward with that one. Victor then finished the setting within a week. However, the second check that JM sent was lost by UPS. We found out only 3 days before the wedding. Diana, JM's rep, suggested a transfer option which took 48 hours. On the last day, Victor received the money and I went to pick up the ring from him.
Overall, Victor is great and I couldn't ask for anything better. He sent me a bunch of options every day since he knew that I lost the ring as well as following up with the insurance company.
Again, I would like to say Thank you to Victor and Diana from Jewelers Mutual. Without you guys, I really don't know what to do.
Here some of the pictures of the stone and ring.
