THANKS TO BRUCE BOONE

I just wanted to say thanks to Bruce Boone and his wonderful settings. I spoke to him a couple of times last week about a titanium tension setting. After our initial conversations the following things occured.

Monday 06/07/04 I sent my loose stone to him UPS overnight.

Tuesday 06/08/04 Bruce verified he received the stone and was working on the setting. Later on that evening I received an E-mail telling me that the setting was done and the stone mounted.

Wednesday 06/09/04 Bruce E-mailed me that the setting was being sent out Fedex overnight.

Thursday 06/10/04 I received the completed ring at about 12:30pm. The setting is much better than I had ever imagined. The detail and workmanship is second to none and the turn around time was absolutely phenominal. I highly recommend him..

I had spoken to a few other titanium companies that said it would take between 3 and 4 weeks to complete the project. Bruce had the whole thing finished in 3 days including the shipping back and forth. The prices are very competative too.

This is the second experience like this through Boone Rings. He also gave a phenominal turn-around time to Mara when her (now) husband's tension set ring through another company didn't fit properly.




Bruce has gone a long, long way to showing that it doesn't HAVE to take 3-4 weeks to get a quality product. My respect for his company has just skyrocketed.
