I just wanted to thank everyone on here who was so helpful in my search, particularly @cflutist, @HappyNewLife, @Drizzle, @Karl_K @diamondseeker2006 who were really helpful in my search just through their comments everywhere.
The diamond is here:
https://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-3897227.htm .
Also, even though I ended up going with Whiteflash, @John Pollard , @Wink , and @Winks_Elf and everyone at High Performance Diamonds and Crafted By Infinity were amazing and I really appreciate the time they spent with me. The stone at WF was a rare size and the price was competitive.
Also I would like to thank @DiamondNewb1 who passed on the diamond I decided to purchase. He initially brought the diamond to my attention in this thread: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/thoughts-on-these-2-carat-aca-i-si1s.235911/
There were a lot of people suggesting that he go with the 2.735, and I waited patiently until he chose a different stone before contacting WhiteFlash. It was a larger stone and more expensive than what I was looking for, but everything about it ticked the boxes and there were so many people encouraging him to go for it that I had confidence it was the right one. I was relieved when he went a different direction.
As far as the setting goes, it will be a semi custom. My GF wants a six prong solitaire in yellow gold and wants the wedding band to sit perfectly flush. Interesting but something so simple turned out not to be that simple. The six prong makes it difficult for the band to sit flush, so Whiteflash is going to alter one of their designs for me. The prongs will be finished into claws and the corners will be rounded rather than square.
On our last visit to the jewelry store she flipped from Platinum Pave to yellow gold with a plain metal band... So the ring will end up being a modifcation of the one below by removing the pave stones. I think with going I color, the contrast will look really good.

Anyway, since it ended up being more expensive than what I was planning for, I had to take advantage of their Flex payment plan which is really just a layaway plan. Since the diamond looked so good and was in the at 2.7 size range I didn't know if I would see another one like it so I snatched it up.
I especially want to thank @HappyNewLife for giving me the confidence to drop to an I. It allowed me to go larger as I was really wrestling with G vs H but when seeing diamonds in person I had a hard time telling them apart when not together on a white piece of paper upside down.
