How to turn a potential nightmare shopping into a pleasant diamond purchase:

1. Find Pricescope and start reading.
2. Add the following people: Bill at Rockdoc, Duane at ADOL, Denise at Whiteflash, and Cut Nut.
3. Here is the result: a nice 2.42ct HVS2 round diamond in the AGA 1A cut class at a reasonable price.

Thank you all for helping me out - the package is arriving tomorrow, so will take some photos and post them tomorrow.. Still need to find the ring and get the whole thing together - then think of a good occation... but sofar so good !

Caratz - I did consider getting the ring made, but I really want to get the Vatche Royal Crown setting ! Should work out really well I hope.... fingers x'd !
