I ordered a ring circa 11/21. I changed the stone twice. I was something of a pain in the behind customer, I think.

I also resized during the process.

The customer service throughout was excellent. Professional, courteous, patient.

After the dust settled, the expected ship date changed and I let it slide for a day or so, but eventually chatted with them to inquire. I was told it hadn't passed Quality Control. Naturally that worried me. The person I spoke to via chat on that issue was a little vague and I was left feeling... worried.

I found a contact email via this forum from 2008 and emailed him. I received a response *very* quickly with an update of exactly why it hadn't passed QC, and an assurance that all was being done. I was satisfied/reassured with that.

Not even a day later, I received a FedEx tracking # and the ring was delivered lightning fast. I have not yet seen it, as my boyfriend has it - but he is very impressed and thinks it is beautiful.

I received a follow up email as well.

So I am just going to say - I am super pleased with the customer service I received from James Allen. It was truly top notch.

I will update this post with pics when I get this ring on my finger. :)

I too have had excellent customer service from JA over the years.
 
That's wonderful mselle! I have also received excellent service from JA (had my pear reset).
