I''ve been lurking around here for over a month and all the education and advice has really really helped me avoid some diamonds I otherwise would have had no idea about. So thank you very much for all the great resources.

On to my question I think I might have found a nice one, but can you guys tell me if there''s and red flags with this princess cut?

They are very nice and you are quite welcome! It does look promising from the images, ask for their gemologist Julianna to look it over for you and to give you her opinion on the optics and beauty of the diamond, that could be a big help!
