Hi Tension Setting Experts!

Does anyone know if tension settings from Platinum Unlimited are TRUE tension settings? Platinum Unlimited is a company based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada; they are used by many dealers in Toronto and other cities in Ontario.
