Tennis bracelet or bangle?

What would make the better gift, a 3 ctw platinum tennis bracelet or a 2.5 ctw white gold bangle? It would be worn daily while working at a computer keyboard. Are bangles noisy, easy to damage, do they show wear sooner than a bracelet? Which one would you prefer?

I vote tennis bracelet. Especially if she's going to be using a keyboard often. I had a 2ct bangle that I returned it annoyed me. I now have a 3ct tennis bracelet and couldn't be happier!

It's much more functional, & wears better than a bangle, IMHO. Bangles are nice, but I'd prefer a tennis bracelet. I love my tennis bracelet!

Definitely the tennis bracelet for me. A thin bangle like that would get too beat up with daily wear.

I vote tennis bracelet. I just received my IDJ bezeled 4.20 ctw bracelet. I ordered mine a little loose and I'm able to slip it over my watch when I am on the computer. That way there is no noise and no damage.

I must be the odd one out. I wear two bangles on my left arm daily, and never remember hitting it on any keyboard.

I went with IDJ. It's 5.01 tcw, 41 "ps quality" F/G SI stones, three prong in white gold. It really comes to life in sun light. It looks well made, it's eye clean, a nice size and at a good price. I'll give it to the wife in a few weeks and she can tell me if it's a keeper.
