Temptation got me!

I bought these two stones The Sapphire is 3.64ct from Jason at Select Gem. The Peridot is 2.6ct from Doug at Bespoke Gem. I will get the sapphire next week but it will take 2-3 weeks to get the peridot.

I will post hand shots when I get them. Actively looking for a Spinel

The sapphire was a good price. Please send it to the AGL for a fast track memo when you get it. I don't think it needs a prestige report as you paid a very low price if it is like the photos. It is important to just know that it is heated, and no further treatment, and that it is natural (not synthetic). Jason should stand behind it if it comes back from the AGL anything less than advertised. If you ask, he may send it to the AGL for an additional fee.

He had it listed on another site for 1300 which is what I paid. He offered to send it to AGL for me at his cost. I will take him up on it, he will refund if not as stated.

I think he's keeping it up until it's for sure sold. He has to make sure you like the stone and want to keep it first. Otherwise, he is probably leaving it up in case other prospective buyers are interested (in case you don't want the gem).

The one he had listed is marked as sold. If you look it is a different price and only has one photo where he had four. It is also a different e-mail address.

And the "false listing" of the stone (not Jason's) is listed under loose natural diamonds, not colored stones or sapphires. I'm glad Jason is looking into it.....

Out of curiosity, I e-mailed the seller of the false listing to see what kind of response I will get
