Alright, so my girlfriend and I have been dating for almost 6 years (December 28th) and I think I came up with a decent idea. I am going to take her into a town called Roslyn here on Long Island. It''s a great little town with shops that you can go into. There is a somewhat large pond near the center of town with benches. Near the end of the benches is a large tree with a set of initials on it. Anyhow, I am going to bring her there to enjoy the view and talk. What she doesn''t know is that this is the same exact spot where my father proposed to my mother and that is their initials on the tree. That''s how I am going to start the proposal and then at the end, carve our initials in the tree. What do you think?
