One of the ladies that works with my jeweler wears a similar ring to this. I'm not going to lie. At first, I thought it was super gaudy, but it has grown on me. I love the finger coverage. I love that you can see bling a mile away. It is absolute finger coverage. I've never had that before in my gazzilion ring settings. I also love a round halo. My only but is also my biggest draw: The airlines. The airlines are what allows absolute finger coverage.

I hate it. The left and right side is very bulgy and not aesthetically pleasing/elegant in terms of design. I’d even go as far as to say it looks cheap/fake.

My aunt has a ring very similar but with a princess center. It’s SUPER blingy. It’s beautiful. Could I wear it? No. It’s too much for me. But she rocks it without any hesitation.

Lol! No. Not my setting nor my ring. Just window shopping at my jewelers bc he showed me this setting after I commented on one of his sales woman’s ring.

I’m gentle on my jewelery. But no, I didn’t have this ring in mind at all! It is just growing on me.

I bet it’s fun to see it on her! I had never considered this halo bc I’m sure I’ve passed it up a few times in all my resets. But it was brought to my attention bc I was awestruck at the sale woman’s style. She pulls it off really well, although at first I didn’t think so.

I totally get this. Funny thing I realized last night as I was Perusing the celebrity engagement thread. No matter how big the rock, it never provides full finger coverage. Not even the 20 carats. Lol. I’m kind of exploring this aesthetic.

It is a pretty blingtastic ring but not my style. I like my diamonds to speak for themselves. Working on a CAD right now with @Winks_Elf for my 3-stone ring with all F colored CBI diamonds.
We have 18.78mm of diamonds for a size 4.5 (15.3mm diameter) ring.

Regarding airlines... Is this particular setting the only one you can purchase? Or could you make a setting without the airlines (if they bother you). I think this setting without airlines would -also- provide huge (enough) coverage.

If you keep the airlines.. .Honestly, I’m usually bothered by halos with airlines but on this ring I didn’t even notice them. They are pretty subtle.

Oh you are going to have a stunner! You already do, lol. That is true. Full finger coverage can be achieved with a good 3 stone.
