The general premise had promise and certain parts were very cool to read but overall I found it disorganized and non-cohesive. I enjoyed reading about Wan, Brannelac, and Paspaley but I found it interesting he was even able to gain access to these operations. I would have liked to hear how he convinced them as much as I liked reading what it is like to work on Paspaley''s pearling ships off the coast of Australia.
