Teachers or other moms with young kids...May I ask a ?

We use the GOLD assessment in our program. I don't do a lot of the input or scoring, my lead teacher does it, but we're always watching, and she asks if I feel so and so is at X level or Y level, that kind of thing. You have to have your scores in 4 different times during the year, and I learned that the first one, even tho it's not due until like...October or whatever, they do the initial assessments right away during the year-that makes improvements more obvious.
