tapered X-prong

I am looking for a tapered x-prong setting for a round stone around 1.25 ct. I have found a lot of x-prongs but not many that are tapered. Has anyone seen what I''m looking for?

I want it to look similar to this ring from Whiteflash when viewed from above but with the X-prong:

I think Vatche has a new setting called a Royal X-prong. It''s their x-prong with a tapered band.

I saw the royal x in the store. The royal x-prong''s taper does not come to a point like the one in your post. The taper seems to go from 4 mm to maybe 3 mm. It''s very subtle and elegant. The head also is higher than the regular x-prong.
