I am curious if anyone has a good rule of thumb for choosing the size of tapered baguettes needed in a HW style setting?

They would need to look great proportionally with an emerald cut center that is about 11x9.5m on a size 7 finger.

For me the baguettes would need to be properly angled down the side of the finger also so they don’t lay too flat from the center.

I found these on Pinterest.
Do you see anything similar to what you’re looking for?

Good luck tomorrow

Ugh-thanks! Unfortunately I ended up with a nasty bug and the auction was the farthest thing from my mind! Just feeling semi-functional today- I am bummed I made myself miss out!!!

Thanks for pics, I will add them to my inspiration folder.

I am curious about some dimensions for a good baguette to center stone ratio.

I certainly do not want the baguettes to be to large and make the center stone look smaller and I also don’t like when the baguettes end up looking too large and stick out like wings.

I agree; those would be my preferences as well. ;)2

If you provide your favorite pictures, some folks may be able to provide some ratio recommendations.

I really like the proportions on both of these rings.

I like these, I don't like to see the prongs or bars on the side when looking straight down at it as in the first 2 pics.
