I have no idea what WF is doing to protect this mark, but I did find several registations (all since abandoned) by other diamond merchants.
IGI has a current application for ''A CUT ABOVE THE REST!'' There''s also a Chicago meat packer who has trademarked ''A CUT ABOVE THE BREAST.''![]()
