I currently have an engagement ring with a 4 prong setting. I love my ring but really like the halo of diamonds encircling the center stone. I was wondering if anyone knows if you can switch out a standard 4 prong to a halo with completely changing the setting? I am not sure if any jewelers even make halo heads or if I would have to totally customize it. Thoughts?
