Suggestions on this (confusing) elongated cushion?

Hello my deal PS friends!

I found an elongated cushion on JA today and think it is interesting. It has a H&A kind of cut and an elongated shape, which is interesting to me because (with my limited experience) this kind of cut seems to be seen often times on a square shaped cushion.

What is confusing is the light performance I see from the video. Somehow it seems so "foggy" to me. I don't know if this is a good way to describe it, but it doesn't seem to have that crisp contract even though the cut pattern seems pretty decent (to me). Is this a bad cut or a bad video? My knowledge of diamonds is so limited, and I am really curious to know the answer. Please help me understand it my PS friends!

BTW, I requested the AGS cert of this diamond but it doesn't include a asset image. Is this a new thing for AGS reports?

Below is the link of the diamond. Thanks a lot for your advice!

Hi!
I'm no expert, but no foggy performance in my modest opinion, just horrible inclusions.

Agreed.
I believe the “foggy” description pertains to the dim center.
Not well cut, and terribly included.

Quite leaky through the center if thats what you mean by foggy. I dont really see it as foggy but definitely leaky.
Can you post the AGS report? What did it get for light return? I doubt very good.
How deep is it?

The girdle is really thick!

All, thanks a lot for the replies! It make perfect sense that the "foggy" I see is from the leaks of the cut. I think I was feeling the same thing but didn't know how to speak the language. And as requested I posted the AGS report here:

The face up inclusion smack dab in the middle of the table really bothers me, and for 10K I would not do it.
