suggestions on how to set these?

i love the peachy pink tourmaline so much but am stumped as to how to set it. i love anything art deco but can’t see it with this pink/peach stone. not sure if white gold or rose/yellow gold would be better.

Take a look at these. I would definitely prefer rose gold; I&R's rose gold isn't that pink. I think a green halo would be even lovelier than using white diamond.

What size is the stone? Are you thinking ready made or custom setting? Would the stone fit in any of the ivy and rose settings?

He adjusted it to fit my stone and I think the design works well for the stone size and it looks better in person than in their drawings.
There are so many possibilities for settings for a stone in this size range @fantapanda , that it can be overwhelming. I usually first narrow it down by whether or not I want a halo, then figure out a budget and go from there. Your stone is beautiful and I can’t wait to see what you choose.

@icy_jade - it’s about 8.9mm across. stock setting would be good but i’m not opposed to a custom one although if custom, it’ll likely be DK as i don’t have a local jeweler to set it for me.

@Sungura - great eye and i do like the setting! and @2Neezers - your garnet is a gorgeous color! i do like aurosi jewels and you’re right about the choices. all of the stones i have seem to be round and i’m getting a little burnt out looking at settings for a round stone. definitely want to halo it. all the settings i’ve seen are less than $1k tbh but i’m not sure how much a custom setting would run.

Depends on what gemstone you want for the sidestones. I would suggest Dana of Mastercut Gems or rare gem lover, who used to be a PS'er before starting up in the trade. Can someone provide her IG handle? I've only been able to find her on YouTube.

Cushion? Round? What gem? Kosnar on Etsy has a few pairs. Pairs can be tricky, might involve some time or maybe see if someone will cut them for you?

You could bezel in rose gold and remainder in white gold
