Suggestions for Simple Solitaire Setting...

I''m looking to find a simple solitaire setting like this one from WF:

I like the way the shank kind of tapers in towards the top - I think it would be flattering on my finger. Maybe even something a little thinner than this.

I''d suggest looking at Stuller settings. they are very reasonably priced and very nice. just about any jeweler can order them in. here''s a picture of patty''s stuller setting. you can read about it more here
