Budget is a very important consideration given the size of the diamond.

Have you tried using the diamond search on the site? It is a good resource for searching many different vendors. I did a quick search at a few sites and there aren''t many diamonds with the specifications you are looking for so it may take awhile to find the exact specs or you may have more luck if you are willing to expand your color/clarity ranges.
