Suggestions for appraisal in Pittsburgh

Finally getting the ASscher shipped to me. Need help with finding an appraiser in my area (Pittsburgh), or is it recommended that I ship to someone on the PS list in another city.

Pittsburgh isn''t NYC or Chicago, but I''m sure there are qualified individuals in the area. Any help?
