Suggestions for a DBTY setting vendor, please!

I recently acquired a small lot of pink sapphire stones. Now the fun part: figuring out what to do with these little pretties

One idea, which actually came from the seller, was a diamond by the yard piece. Maybe necklace, maybe bracelet?

What vendor would you recommend for such a project. Do any of them do it in silver?

I'm also considering a band ring, to possible wear/stack with my 7 stone band. Any ideas there?

I would contact IDJ. I have a DBTY necklace that I converted into a bracelet made by them. Great bezel work.
