Suggestion for a colorimeter

Hello everyone! I hoping I could get some expert advice. I purchased a Sarin Colibri in November and I have gone through 3 of them. It works perfect for 2-3 days and then it starts reading every stone Brown stone and no fluorescence. So I''m not very happy with the company right now. I have gone through tech support and they have no clue why the machine is doing that. I hoping someone could direct me towards a difference brand. Please help.

I have owned four devices which claimed to color grade diamonds electronically. At best, they are impressive to the public and mostly a dismal failure as far as grading diamonds as well as, or better than, the human grader. There is a far more high tech unit fully developed by ImaGem, but it is has not been sold to any users at the present time.
