Stuck between two diamonds

So after hearing all the glowing recommendations about whiteflash I've found two diamonds that have peaked my interest:

AGS-104057336087

AGS-104063246067

What do you think about these. One is a bit smaller but the clarity and color is slightly better. Is it worth it? Would she notice a difference? She's an optometrist and has lots of different equipment and lenses that she could use to take a real close look at her ring if you know what i mean.

Also why are the prices at B2c Jewels about ~10% less

I would really appreciate any help or advice you guys/gals can give. I'm very fortunate to have found this community with so many friendly professionals willing to help out.

They are both great diamonds! For the small size difference, I would take the H VS2, personally, as that is about as low as I go for diamonds for myself. Many others here go to I or J color to get a greater size. WF ACA diamonds are top cut quality, and that is part of the reason they cost a little more than diamonds from an online dealer that mainly has a virtual list of stones that are not in-house. You don't usually get the images that you get from a vendor like WF. And WF has a great upgrade policy as well.

I'd prob get the H VS2. Price difference is not that much and size difference not that much.
