Not enough information to give an opinion. What lab graded the stone? Can you post the specs of the stone (i.e. crown angle, pavilion angle, table, depth, etc.). Sometimes fluor can give the stone a milky/cloudy appearance, so it will need to be evaulated.

Fluorescence drives down the price. That's good.
It makes things harder to sell. That's bad.
Under certain circumstances they look strange in direct sunlight. That's bad.
They look cool in the disco and tanning salon. That's good.

In the aggregate, is that good or bad? You decide. It depends on you and on the details of your stone.

Without commenting on the fluorescence . . .

The reason I would reject that round is it scores over 2.0 on the HCA.
It is cut deep so the light performance is not as good as it could be.
Let someone who doesn't know any better buy it.

When you find some candidates that score under 2.0 get Idealscope pic for them.

Compare them to this reference chart.

I adore strong blue fluor on diamonds that are a G and under but I'm not sure how it would benefit an E colour.

Only a tiny proportion of diamonds will have the milky look that fluor produces but do ask.

I really love the blue tint in the diamond even in colorless diamonds.
Just make sure it doesn't look milky.

In terms of whether it's easier to sell a diamond that has blue fluorescence later on,
I think the answer is yes and no.... meaning if you get a discount on the diamond because of its fluorescence,
then it will probably be easier to sell later on.
However, given the same price as a non-fluorescent, it's probably harder to sell.

All in all, i would go with the fluorescence.

I like blue flourescence in a diamond. I have a strong blue that never looks milky in sunlight- just blue. Are you buying your diamond from an online vendor? The reason I ask is that half carat diamonds are very hard to resell on the secondary market and pawn shops and second hand jewelry stores usually have a large selection at very low prices. You might want to do some comparative shopping.
