Strong Blue Fluorescence - 2ct Oval Diamond VS1 F - Thoughts?

Would appreciate any insight on strong blue fluorescence. I’m in the final stages of deciding on this diamond. It’s beautiful and icy white and I’ve seen it under sunlight and cloudy light. Has a bit of a bow tie but the elongated oval and size is exactly what I’ve been looking for. They are asking for around $20k. It’s sitting next to a 1.5ct D color on the left
