Can my stolen GIA certified diamond be listed anywhere to allow jewelers, or anyone for that matter, to identify it and report the diamond as being found?
I'm certainly not the expert on these topics, but I just came here to suggest that you ask the mods to move your topic to the Rocky Talk forum. You may get better traffic there and the answer to your question since this particular forum is for showing off jewelry purchases or just pieces that we particularly love.
