Still thinking of resetting my e-ring

I would like to make my e-ring setting a little more blingy. I was thinking about getting an eternity diamond shared prong band for my diamond. I wonder if this will make my center stone look even more yellow - in a bad way.

I recently thought that the diamond might be pretty with a blue sapphire eternity band. What do you think? Too much blue?

It will be difficult to match up the blue stones in your wedding band if you add more blue sapphires to your e-ring. Not only that, I prefer my e-ring to be more versatile by sticking with white diamonds unless going for a 3 stone look. I’d go with the diamond shared prong idea. I don’t think it’ll make the center stone look more yellow as I have done so with a J diamond. I know that some vendors are open to having warmer coloured melees as well, so that might be a consideration for you.

LOVE the new wedding band, it looks like the perfect size of stones for your hand was used.

I actually really like your ering setting and how the ring tapers toward your stone. What is it YOU don''t like about it? If you can answer that it may help you decide what to do. You bring up the word "yellow" but I don''t see yellow in your center stone when I click on that link.

If you see yellow and it bothers you...well I''m not sure if a setting change can change that.

Maybe adding a couple of diamonds that match those in your wedding band into your ering band would change the look and match them up more, but I honestly like the two rings together now.

I like how dainty the ring is. I love my e-ring, too. I would most likely get it re-set with another stone. I would like something other than a solitaire for a change....am having a 7 year itch with my ring!!!

Its very pretty, its quite dainty on the melee size do you plan on wearing your sapphire wedding band as well?
