I sent them an e-mail about a sapphire on their website earlier this week, and have heard nothing. Has anyone ordered anything from them lately? Thanks....

Sorry I don't know the answer, but about 6-7 months ago I sent them three emails and even called and left a voice mail message to inquire about a sapphire and got no reply.

Thanks for the reply, pierreone. I thought about calling them, but based on your experience, I might not get a response that way either. It looks like their website was updated (at least some of the pages) in January 2011. Maybe they're not selling to the public anymore?
