Starlanka Fine Gems?

Has anyone ever dealt with Starlanka Fine Gems, Los Angeles, CA? I am looking for a sapphire for an anniversary ring and ran across their website, Blue Sapphire Stones. They have some nice stones, and the prices seem reasonable.

I have not heard of the company before so I took a look at their website. No red flags with the return/refund policy. Extra pictures are helpful but no proof of non-treatment provided for most of their gems. The quality offered ranges from fine to commercial quality but I have no idea how accurate their photography is.
