Stacy? 3 stone milgrain bezel ring

I am looking for Stacy, or anyone who can give me more information about her lovely ring posted here:

I am thinking of doing a 3 stone milgrain bezel ring with an oval and either 2 half moons or traps/bullets. I like how Stacy's ring has a great flow between her 3 stones. It looks like the center stone has a full bezel, but the sides stones are semi-bezeled on just 2 sides. Stacy, if you are still here, could you please point me to some more pictures of your ring? Does anyone have any other pictures of this ring or anything similar?
