split shank price idea?

Hi everyone,
Do any of you have an idea of how much the split shank ring (asscher cut w/ pave on the shank, no halo though) from daniel k costs? Also, I swear that I tried this ring on at Mayor''s. Can anyone confirm that this is a ring that is sold at Mayors? Any other retailers that sell it?
