I just wanted to show you my new spinel pendant! I bought this spinel from Mastercutgems a while ago and took it to my local jeweler to get set. It is 1.55 carats and the pendant is sterling silver. It only cost me 25 dollars to get it set! I really like this spinel, it looks like it's on fire. I don't have any silver chains it will fit on, do you think it looks ok on my gold chain? I might have to get a new chain. Thanks for looking!

That stone would look even nicer surrounded by a ct of diamonds or more! Thats almost what one would expect to see with a stone of that color and caliber..... Super nice!

Love it! I love silver and I love no-fuss settings that are all about the beauty of the stone (and that one IS a beauty!). Personally I'd find a silver chain to wear it with, but I'm kinda nit picky about certain things. Either way it's gorgeous!
