Here is my new spessartite right hand ring 
I bought the stone almost a year ago just got around to having this made. The stone has almost no brown tones and is a very nice pure orange though I don''t know if you can really tell in the photo. It has that candy look that al ot of spessartites seem to have and it''s really sparkly.
The ring is 18k white gold and I think the bezel is platinum. He asked me I wanted a platinum bezel and I said I didn''t need it to be platinum, but it looks lke it might be in the photo. The diamonds are old cut 2 pointers, one on each side. I love the way it''s kind of chunky, a bit of a statement piece for me since most of my rings are very delicate. I won''t have the ring till later next week but I''ll post more photos when I get it.
