ditto on the "i can''t believe it''s not butter" But, of course, I choose FULL CALORIES!! I think it''s actually better than butter on bread and potatoes, but not as good for baking.

Yuck! The only imitation butter I use is Pam butter-flavored cooking spray. Otherwise I substitute EVOO and/or apple sauce where needed.

I don''t have much butter in my diet to begin with so I don''t have a need to replace it with an imitation. Ew, I hate imitation foods!!
