Sparkly: 1ct Asscher Choices

Jonathan at GOG found the following for me to meet my 1+ ct, H+ color, SI2+ clarity, less than $6,500 requirements for an Asscher for my future fiance's ER.

Oh, beautiful!!! #3 is the winner for me, closely followed by #1. I got a GOG asscher just a few months ago, which you can see in my avatar picture! I think #3 is definitely as nice as the one I got (and maybe better)! And mine is H VVS, so same color and the same size!

I have to agree with DS...#3 didn't necessarily look as good under the spotlighting...but it was my favorite by far under diffused light and natural daylight...and both of these light sources are more important (to me) since this is where the stone will be seen most often. I'd say go with the H all the way!

ETA: I also prefer the ASET and Megascope for the H asscher

quick reply. No 3. the windmills get me more than the other 2. Also the ASET is better, then no1.

I would choose the H. Gorgeous stone and looks great in the regular lighting which you'll see it in the most.

I agree that #3 is my favorite among the 3! The pattern just seems nicer and I like the wider windmill. Does GOG have other options for you as well? What is important to you in an asscher?
