A fantastic experience! Ashley is the owner and I reached out to him to ask him if he would cut a round lab diamond into an Old European Cut diamond. Ashley was nice enough to source the lab diamond and cut it into a beautifully faceted OEC. Ashley was also nice enough to speak with me over the phone and we had a delightful conversation. He adores old cut diamonds and is very salt of the earth. I was pleasantly surprised that he took the time to make a video of my diamond that shows the cutting stages and final result. His assistant Nicole was very helpful in arranging for the diamond to be set and his assistant Erin was great in handling the financial aspects. I highly recommend SW Diamond Cutters.
